Elongated silver-green leaves with brilliant burgundy undersides are held aloft proudly like shields on P. atabapoense, giving it a “regal” appearance.  The leaves are thick, leathery, and very durable.  This species likes a climbing support as it matures, and will reach some impressive dimensions with simple care!
